Can I eat bananas during pregnancy?

When it comes to pregnancy, there's a lot of things you'll be told about what not to do or what not to eat - some of these originated from old wives' tales while others are backed by science. So I guess it really depends on you? Some may say having too much bananas could make your body heaty and hence cause phlegm and coughing, but if you do it in moderation it shouldn't be a problem!
