Is it safe to drink tomyam soup during pregnancy? Drank it a few times.. and realised that it has lemongrass

It's safe but don't drink it too frequent. Tom Yam can be spicy & it'll trigger gastric.
I also drank it just not too often. I am now at week 38. It was safe.
what's wrong with it tho? it's absolutely safe!
