Is it safe to continue with my supplement of Kinohimitsu Collagen drink? I have been taking this on alternate days before pregnancy and was wondering if it’s safe to continue to do so? My gynae said it will be at own risk as there’s no studies showing that it’s safe or unsafe to drink this during pregnancy.
