Hi there Preggers, Is true you should pay 2,400 pesos equivalent to your one year contribution. This ruling is called WATGB known as Women About To Give Birth allowing women having birth to have exemptions to their atleast 9 months contribution prior to your delivery due date. But as our Universal Health Law approved, it also allows every member to have immediate eligibility/use. So if you're just starting your membership now, you don't have to pay the whole thing year. Just have you membership done this month and pay for 3 months contribution with total of 900 pesos. I'm 100% sure that upon your admission, you can avail the benefit having that amount only paid. You may avail 5,000 pesos for Normal Delivery and 19,000 on cesarean. Baby is also entitled for 2,950 newborn care package.
