sss allocation

sa may idea po sa sss allocation ng maternity leave.. kasi may deduction po ang pera ng maternity benefit ko dhl daw po sa allocation na finile ko sa father ng child ko .. pwede po ba ma claim ng father ang sss allocation ?

Company ng partner mo ang magbibigay nun sa kanya, hindi po ang SSS. Babayaran lang ni SSS sa company niya kung magkano yung nabigay sa partner mo. Most likely papasok yun sa payroll ng partner mo.
