A few of us have gone through the same thing when switching to Stage 3, and honestly it can be hard to tell if it's the milk or just the little one adjusting, one of my mum friends had her daughter on Dumex Step 3 and she also had loose stools for a few days, so it does seem like tummy upset during brand or stage switches is quite common. That said, if a few days have passed and the diarrhoea is still going on, it might be worth considering that some babies are sensitive to lactose in general, meaning switching to Dumex may or may not make a difference, you would want to monitor closely for at least three to four days after switching before concluding anything. Do get your PD to weigh in on this one though, especially since diarrhoea in a 14-month-old can dehydrate them quite quickly, better to have a doctor rule out any other cause before settling on a new formula.
