Aiyah, totally normal lah! Fever and runny nose at 1 year old is super common, their immune system is still building up, so they'll kena these things banyak-banyak kali. A few of my mum friends and I were all the same, we'd panic over every sniffle, but honestly it's part of growing up. Just monitor him/her closely, make sure they're drinking enough and not lethargic, and don't hesitate to call your pediatrician if you're worried or if the fever gets very high, better safe than sorry, especially at this age. You're doing great by being attentive, honestly!
