Reviews of UWC Dover vs UWC Tampines?

I have friends with kids at both campuses and from what I have heard there is not much difference between the two. The qualification of teachers, the ethos and approach to education is the same across both campuses. Dover campus has just been around longer, so people tend to assume it has a better reputation, but when compared -- they are on equal footing.
