bloated stomach

any remidies to get rid of bloated stomach. my child is 2 years and 8months. and my weight has not gone down. still the same. i hv cut down on my carbs. not working. can help

maybe stop eating sweet or milky stuff on empty stomach to help with bloated stomach? and keep an exercise routine for didn't weight?
