Elevate your feet as high as possible. I put my legs up against my headboard while wrapping them up in ice packs. Reduced the swelling by a lot. As ironic as it sounds, drink more water to flush out the water stored in your legs. Lessen your salt intake.
Happened to me when I was pregnant! My gynae said can’t do anything and ask just to bear with it 😅 and it’s gone after I give birth.
Stay well hydrated. Soak your feet in hot water with salt (bearable temp) And elevate your legs whenever possible

Elevate leg when you resting and put pillow under the leg while sleeping.
