sucking on ice cubes really help me - especially when sometimes there is a bad/sour taste in my mouth which makes me feel more sick
try sugar free sparkling water, tummy ease rubs, lavender or eucalyptus oils to calm yourself down, small meals but frequent.
try sucking on something to help keep the nausea down, like ginger candies or dried orange peels
Apply medicated oil (those with peppermint), have ginger tea, Ribena drink helps too.
main reason is the bloating. try eating small meals, walk around more. it helps me alot
i take Preggie Pop Drops and flavored sparkling ice mountain (sugar-free).
try drinking lemon water. it helps me a lot.
I consume sour food or juice it helps for me
i ate some plum and drink e vitamin water
