Am taking ganilia given by gynae. My sis gave me 2 bottles of blackmores pregnancy too. So gynae says can take blackmores after ganilia finishes.
Am taking supplements(folic, multivitamin, dha, vit d) provided by gyane. Found them much cheaper than those bought from outside.
my gynar recommended this from KKH. 3mths supply @ $14+ can use for breast feeding as well. not sure its sold outside
