u can start by letting baby differentiate day and night.. during the day, expose daylight and dont be afraid to make noise. however at night, let it be dark and voices to be soft when talking to baby
for newborn it’s different. the more they sleep in the day, the better they sleep at night. newborns’ routines and habits does not apply like older children. pls let your LO sleep more in the day
