Hi Serena,i had a bad experience with them.they have overlook and given my selected nanny to other mummies .Thereafter,ask me to choose other nannies based on 4 different profiles.When e nanny came,she was lazy and took advantage of my helper by letting helper do all e chores.Cl was on e phone all day.They have good reviews cos CL ask the customer to write saying if not e agency wont pay them extra..
