Aahhh mama, yan talaga ang most brutal part ng first trimester! A few of us tried ginger candies (the real ginger ones, not just ginger flavor) and lemon drops, helped a bit sa afternoon slump, plus the sour flavor seems to settle the stomach more than sweet. One of my mum friends swears by peppermint candies too, something about the coolness helps. Pero honestly, parang individual lang talaga, what worked for me (constantly eating small amounts of plain crackers) didn't work for another friend. Since you're 10 weeks, I'd definitely check with your OB about this + maybe ask if there's anything safe you can take, kasi the constant nausea na parang lahat stays sa throat sounds really rough at kailangan mo ng proper guidance para ma-manage nang maayos, especially habang working pa rin. Hang in there, mama, this usually eases up by second trimester!
