Breathless and rib cage is hurting so badly

Hi, any recommendations to relieve pain on my left rib cage? Every time I moved,I feel so painful and can't walk that much,I will feel very breathless and giddy. Doctor said is normal. :(. I'm 29 weeks now

Yup normal. Apparently theres nothing much can be done. I remember mine hurts for few days. Then went away. Then cam back again

Try do diaphragm breathing, it helps!
