My personal postpartum kit: 1. Different kinds of pads-wings, no wings, regular, maxi, panty shields etc. Also there is this parang pull ups na napkin, so handy especially kapapanganak mo lang. Iwas stress sa mga overflows. 2. Breast Pads-I prefer disposables 3. Feminine wash- Check the label na nagsasabing for chilbirth recovery and the like, Lactacyd and Betadine are both good. 4. Manzanilla- Not for baby but for myself. You know just in case masakit ang tyan, likod at mga kasukasuhan mo. So handy para na man marelax yung muscles mo. Of course feel free to choose your preferred stomach and muscle reliver. 5. Snacks, milk and or any food of your choice- Especially if you are breastfeeding, light snacks are handy anytime even at 3 am! 6. Prenatal vitamins- Usually your OB would let you continue your vitamins even after birth. 7. Beauty Products- I soo love body butters! Whatever makes you feel sexy, beautiful and loved! If trip mo magmake up even nasa bahay ka lang then go ahead. Wards off depression. 8. Waist trimmer belt or girdle- helps tuck your tummy in. 9. Water by the bedside to keep you hydrated. 10. Lots of pillows- helps me with sleep and feel comfortable 11. Essential oils- helps keep me calm and induce sleep especially lavender *Hopefully this helps you! 😊
