I’m not very sure what is the best choice of drink for pregnancy. But I everyday will have a cup of cranberry juice which is organic and no sugar. Pour a bit and dilute with plain water it’s taste a bit sour like lemon drink. It’s help my nausea at times. Hope this help;)
warm honey lemon... not packet kind ah, make your own with real honey and real lemon. I also take pasteurised veg&fruit juice and water
