Gynae on weekends?

Hello! Any recommendations for gynae in northeast on weekends? Feeling cramps and not sure if it's something to worry about. In 4-5 weeks now! Thank you! #1stimemom

Go A&E. I went A&E when I had cramps in the 4th week too. But end up doc only can take blood to make sure HCG is doubling up normally. They tried to scan (vaginal one) but can’t see anything as the embryo is too small to be detected.
