Pregnancy Acne

Hi, any recommendations for face wash/ face cream for pregnancy acne? I have very bad skin breakout (tiny bumps, not really pimple) ever since getting pregnant. ?

I too had tiny uneven bumps on my face. Used St'Ives or Garnier face wash and seemed to have smoother skin.
