I heard that Hokey Pokey at Seletar Mall is pretty good -- read from somewhere that it is the number 1 baby gym and indoor playground. They have a variety of play areas to choose from. Besides that, there is a huge area where you can rent for birthday parties. The changing room space is well equiped with wet wipes and plastic bag.
