Do we have to book pediatrician during giving birth?

My gynae assigned Dr Tan Kuan Yang for my baby. The attendance fee for the delivery was $1177, but there was a $100 discount for Thomson FBI/SBI membership.

I didn't book but Dr Tan Kuan Yang he is my baby's pediatrician, very good and patience. Pricing affordable
