Heat/saliva rashes cream

Hi! Any recommendation for heat or saliva rashes cream? I have a cream from PD and it is amazing but there’s steroid in it. So I don’t want to use it so often. Thanks in advance ! #advicepls #1stimemom

My baby also having saliva rashes especially at neck around.. Keep moisturising your baby with cream would be more recommended unless is so painful for your baby then use e steroid (not more than 3 days). Try this Physiogel cream, it does work for my baby saliva rashes and eczema..
