How about books? I think kids get bored easily so no toy will be a good toy . If really need to get one get those that can be suctioned onto the table so that baby won't remove and throw it on the floor. I know The Leap Frog has a Ferris wheel one. Or maybe can try one of those dancing toys like fisherpiece beat glo?
As you said 3-6 years old. I'll bring activity books. Things that can engage them. Note pad with crayons are good too.
Sticker books 2 to 3 year olds , a wallet full of cards you dont use any more for the 1 yr old
I will bring book for them to write or a whiteboard with marker for them to draw.
