healthy breakfast

Can recommend me some healthy breakfast on a normal working day? Need something easy to make. Prolly 15 mins prep. Any ideas? Thank you

eggs very impt for choline. I either eat 2 hard boiled eggs or 2 egg omelette wrapping 1 bread + slice of cheese at night I'll eat one more hard boiled egg. it helps with my sleep too. the above excludes normal egg consumption for lunch or dinner
