can recommend any divorce lawyer?? & we bought out flat in Jun 2018. I'm intending to go separation. once we sign the separation paper,do we need to surrender the flat back to hdb??
sorry to hear that. May i know how years is your marriage? Is there any child?? You need to meet the MOP 5 years of flat. If i m not mistaken, less then 5 years must surrender back to HDB. Your flat is it BTO or Resale??
