LO rashes on his neck and feet

looks like hives or rashes; has he started solids? my LO had something like that when we gradually started. we thought they were bites but turned out to be hives (PD told us 70% of cases - cannot identify the allergen causing it). if u r applying moisturiser, suggest those for sensitive skin for now, with no food ingredients (eg, nuts, rice, and etc).

it will takes time to recover. keep him at cool places & avoid tight clothing. i use alobaby moisturiser. works like magic for my son whom is 5 months old.

Looks like heat rashes. Do apply baby moisturiser regularly and that should help
