any reccomended ways to cure drool rash?

I tried before this, it helps my baby. But i only apply after they deep sleep at night. Afraid that they might touch it. If it’s too near the mouth I didn’t apply. But if u don’t want to apply anything, jus clean with water and tap dry it.
