Realised my baby girl genital inside there's white stuff. Should I wipe it off? Like quite tough and it kind of sticks there

Yes you can wipe it off with the wet wipe. It can get a bit uncomfortable, so I usually wipe off some, then the next time I change the diaper, I wipe off more
