is it normal for newborn of 5 weeks to have rashes on the face? should i apply anything on it?

Could be heat rash or baby acne. There's a difference on the redness. Apply moisturiser if it's heat rash but don't apply anything for baby acne as it will go away on it's own.

just use boiled water with sterilise cotton wool or if u're breastfeeding after cleaning use ur bm to thinly apply on the face.

Try not to apply anything cos it can make it worse. Just use clean water and wipe off. Put baby moisturiser. It will go away :)

It is normal, my daughter also got it but vanished after 6 weeks. No need to apply anything.
