SSS sickness notification

Question po. May 15 days SL credits ako sa company. Initially nung October 18, pinagbedrest ako for 2 weeks. Nag ffup check up ako today and pinagbebedrest pa din ako for another 2 weeks kasi ngprepreterm labor ako. Pwede ko bang ifile sa SSS yung 5days since wala na ako leave credits. Di rin po ba maapektuhan yung mat ben na marereceive ko po? Thank you po sa sasagot.
