Probably indigestion or heartburn. Try the following
1. Eat smaller meals more frequently and avoid drinking while eating
2. Eat slowly and chew every bite
3. Avoid eating a few hours before bed
4. Stay upright for at least one hour after a meal
Yes could be indigestion or heartburn, but also could be baby movement! Some ppl can feel baby movement as early as 13 weeks
