Ay, good question! Personally, I think it's okay to get your braces adjusted or changed color during pregnancy, a few of us dito sa community namin did it without issues, but mas importante talaga na i-inform mo muna ang dentist mo na buntis ka so they can take extra precautions. The concern kasi is more about the chemicals or X-rays sometimes involved, hindi lang ang color change mismo, so better safe than sorry. I'd say go ahead with the color change kung need mo, pero definitely chat with your OB at dentist muna para sure lang, especially kung anong stage ka na ng pregnancy. Most of my mum friends who got braces work done during pregnancy said it was fine as long as they communicated with both their doctors!
