Oo, guilty ako ng kape especially sa umaga haha! But when I was pregnant, nag-limit lang ako talaga kasi worried ako sa baby, a few of us tried to stick to decaf or just one cup a day lang instead of my usual three, lalo na first trimester. Best talaga to ask your OB about it since bawat pregnancy is different, pero most doctors say okay lang in moderation kasi may caffeine concerns talaga, specially if mataas ang intake mo.
