If you already have an OB i suggest you consult with her. Usually the OB will still have you undergo an ultrasound even if wala pa 8 weeks especially if may concerns ka like pain, spotting, etc. I’m on my second pregnancy and I was exactly 6 weeks when I had an ultrasound (May 6, 2019). Sac pa lang pero kita and dinig na na may heartbeat. Ultrasound also showed that I have subchorionic hemorrhage which I would have not found out if hindi ako nagpa ultrasound. Currently on complete bed rest and taking medications because of that.
