Yes pwede naman. Di q bet lagyan siya ng cologne kasi baka magka allergic or baka lagi mag bahing. Baby powder is enough for him to smell good and fresh. I used Enfant. I loved the smell kasi baby na baby tlga ang smell unlike other powder.
For cologne water based like chicco and mustela. Powder if you want to use one use talc free like Tiny Buds or Belo baby
Don’t use powder na lang po. For cologne I use Biolane and Mustela. Walang alcohol content. Sobrang mild
