Ilang weeks na after you gave birth mommy? If 6 weeks and up, the answer is YES. Pero pag hindi pa, wag muna. According to my OB, using breastpump is not recommended below 6 weeks postpartum as it can lead to over production and mastitis. 6 weeks pa kasi nagiistabilize ang milk supply. Unli latch lang muna and hand express mommy. 😊
