Hey mama! From my experience and what a few of my mum friends do, we usually replace feeding bottles every 6-12 months depending kung gaano ka-heavy ang daily use, if you're using them constantly, mas mabilis sila ma-wear out kaya mas maaga mong palitan. I've noticed na after several months of sterilizing and washing, the nipples become less firm, the bottles get cloudy or scratched, and the flow gets inconsistent, so that's usually my signal to invest in new ones na. Just check din regularly kung may cracks or discoloration, once makikita mo yun, it's time to replace na for safety. Good luck, mama!
