Any property agent to ask a qns? Is it true that if now holding 3rm bto in further wanna to change 4rm bto I need sell current bto den can apply new bto ?

If I’m not wrong, you cannot be the owner of 2 BTOs at the same time. You need to sell the first one, and only after the minumum occupancy period of 5 years. Plus, you do not get priority for balloting for the second time already.

    Yes. Unless you fully paid the current house and considering private then you can hold 2 house.

    Not an agent but I think there is a 6month grace period. Better to check with professionals.

    You have to clear MOP of your first house.
