Is it proper to give your maid a bonus for good service or good performance at the end of the year? If so, how much bonus do I give?

We gave ours bonus equivalent of a month's salary. We also give her a token on occassions like CNY, her birthday and her religious celebrations. It is one of our few ways of showing her our appreciation.

If you have the finances for it. Why not? And if she has done a great job you can do that to thank her for her service.

Up to ur finances and ur generosity. Some amount that u will be ok to give in the future too

Bonus is up to you. I won't consider it a bonus but rather a token of appreciation.
