Uy, okay yan, honestly, maraming first-time moms overthink this, pero the main things lang talaga: comfy hospital bag with toiletries and extra underwear (diposable ones!), maternity pads (the heavy flow ones, trust me), nursing bras, and newborn clothes in different sizes kasi di mo alam kung gaano kalaki ang baby mo lol. A few of us din nag-stock ng easy-to-wear pajamas with buttons para sa feeding, and sobrang helpful din ang nipple cream from the start, one of my mum friends swears by Mama's Choice Nipple Cream kasi pregnancy-safe at breastfeeding-safe, and really nabawasan ang cracking and soreness niya.
Para sa pagdadala ng baby outside, you'll need a good car seat (required talaga), stroller, diaper bag na spacious, extra newborn and 0-3 month clothes, wipes, diapers, and a light blanket, pero honestly, don't buy everything yet, wait mo pa after birth kasi may mga bagay na hindi mo talaga kailangan at sayang lang pera.
