Sayang, I know it's scary But please go back to your doctor or go to A&E tonight if the pain gets worse or bleeding increases, jangan tunggu pagi. 4 weeks + perut sakit + bleeding, kena check properly, bukan just paracetamol je. A few of us in the group pernah worried gila-gila during early pregnancy, tapi darah + pain together ni kena confirm dengan scan. I know 3am thoughts are the worst, but please get checked out properly first, then you can rest knowing baby is okay Hang in there, sayang!
