Hay, I feel you mama, psoriasis flare-ups during pregnancy are such a hassle, lalo na ngayon na mainit talaga! A few of my mum friends also had their skin acting up when they were preggy, and honestly ang stress lang nag-trigger pa ng mas lalong flare-ups, kaya that's the hardest cycle to break. Since you're pregnant, I'd really suggest checking with your OB or dermatologist though, they can give you pregnancy-safe options kasi marami kang hindi mabisitahan ngayon na usual remedies mo.
