Honestly, by 18 weeks kaya na usually makita ng sonographer ang gender kung clear ang position ng baby, pero hindi rin 100% guaranteed talaga, dependent sa angle, kung malinaw ang genitals sa screen, at sa skill ng sonographer mismo. A few of us had na-correct pa ang gender prediction namin from first ultrasound hanggang sa 20-week scan kasi mahirap basahin talaga sometimes, especially kung mahirap ang position or kung maliit pa ang genital area. If gusto mo ng mas sigurado, pwede mong i-ask ulit sa next ultrasound or mag-opt for a gender-specific clinic kung ganun ka-excited (though mas expensive), but generally by 20-22 weeks na talaga ang most accurate reading!
