Every women's body and pregnancy are different. Your bump actually depends on your body shape. Symptoms will also start to slowly go away when reaching the 2nd trimester though some still have morning sickness etc.

Hi mummy! Some women’s bumps shows earlier than others! And as for the symptoms, usually by 3 months it will go away.
