Hi Tia, Yes, quite a few mums I know have been through this, it's more common than people realise, actually. One friend told me she felt really low and anxious during her second trimester, and at first she thought it was just normal pregnancy tiredness, but it went deeper than that. The hormonal changes can genuinely affect your mood, and it's not something to brush off or feel bad about. Some mums found that talking to their doctor early made a big difference, whether it was counselling, adjusting their support system, or sometimes other options their specialist suggested. It's worth being honest with your gynae or GP about how you're really feeling, because they can help properly. Take care of yourself, and don't hesitate to reach out to people around you. It's a real thing, and you're not alone in this.

Hi dear, I haven’t experienced it myself but I just want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been doing some light yoga, not sure if it helps much but it gives me little moments of calm. Please be gentle with yourself. Sending you love and strength. 💛💛💛
