Ay, MoMo twins talaga ang challenging! Hindi ako personally nakaranas, but a few of my mum friends who delivered MoMo (monoamniotic-monochorionic) twins shared na super close monitoring lang ang kailangan throughout pregnancy kasi they share everything, placenta, amniotic sac, lahat, so mas mataas ang risks like cord entanglement. One of them had to go for weekly ultrasounds from around 26 weeks and ended up delivering early through c-section, which honestly made her feel safer knowing the babies were out na. I'd really suggest talking to your OB agad if you're carrying MoMo twins, because pregnancy management can be quite specific and individual depending sa situation mo.
