For preggy moms na working fulltime, pano niyo po nalalabanan ang antok? I'm in my first trimester at sobrang nahirapan po ako magwork kahit wfh. I'm a freelancer and hawak ko oras ko pero I'm working 40hrs+ a week. Kasi sobrang antukin ko kahit mahaba na tulog ko then madaling mapagod.
