think happy thoughts. read a book. watch a good movie , have a good talk with someone , anything na makakapag divert ng nararamdaman mong lungkot. ganyan ako since day 1 ng pregnancy ko. stressed din. sobrang laki ng epekto kay baby pag tayo ay stressed. cheer up mamsh.
Now na preggy ako super iyakin ko and madamdamin. Ginagawa ko nanunuod ASMR. Haha nakakarelax at nakakagutom sya infer pero nawawala yung lungkot ganern.
