Post natal massage oil
Hi, any postnatal massage oil to recommend? One that's not too oily and easily absorbent. Hate feeling greasy after massage

For non-greasy and fast-absorbing, grapeseed oil and sweet almond oil are the two names that keep coming up, both absorb cleanly without leaving that sticky feeling, and sweet almond oil has the added bonus of being very gentle and baby-safe if your massage therapist works near the baby too. Neal's Yard's Mother's Massage Oil is another option worth looking at, it has neroli and wheatgerm oil, certified organic, and my neighbour used it postpartum and said her skin felt nourished without that heavy residue. That said, some mums prefer a ready-blended product like BCO's organic massage oil which is formulated specifically for postpartum recovery, so it depends whether you want a single carrier oil you can customise or something that's already mixed and ready to go. I'd say if you hate the greasy feeling most, start with sweet almond or grapeseed as a base, they're quite forgiving and easy to find here.
